1. Shipping scope

BIOMOD currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not offered at this time. Shipments to U.S. addresses are processed in accordance with this Policy and the BIOMOD Terms of Sale.

2. Processing times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays), are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the following business day. Order review may extend processing for compliance, payment verification, or address confirmation as described in the Terms of Sale.

3. Carriers and methods

BIOMOD primarily ships via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited options, including USPS Priority Mail Express and FedEx, are available at checkout for an additional fee. Carrier transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by BIOMOD.

4. Free shipping

Orders subtotaling $200 or more before tax ship free via standard USPS Priority Mail to U.S. addresses. Expedited shipping upgrades remain available at standard rates regardless of order subtotal.

5. How BIOMOD ships peptides

BIOMOD freezes lyophilized research peptides at the point of manufacture and holds them in cold storage at our facility through fulfillment. Lyophilized peptides in their solid form are shelf-stable under normal ambient transit conditions, and BIOMOD has validated this across thousands of shipments. Orders ship in protected, insulated packaging engineered to preserve peptide integrity through standard carrier transit. Dry ice is not used or required for lyophilized research peptides. Softgels and spray products are produced with a 2-year shelf life and held in temperature-controlled storage prior to dispatch.

6. Storage upon receipt

Upon delivery, transfer lyophilized research peptides to a freezer (−20 °C is standard) until ready for reconstitution. Softgels and spray products do not require refrigeration after delivery — follow the storage instructions printed on each product label.

7. Tracking

When your order ships, BIOMOD sends an automated email containing the carrier tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to populate on the carrier’s system after dispatch.

8. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. BIOMOD is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes after dispatch generally cannot be accommodated.

9. Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect every order upon delivery. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported to BIOMOD support at support@biomodpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery. Reports received outside this window cannot be honored. Photographs of damaged packaging and contents are required.

10. Lost shipments

If carrier tracking indicates delivery but the order has not been received, contact BIOMOD support. BIOMOD will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution timing depends on carrier procedures and may include reshipment, refund, or insurance claim processing.

11. Order review and refusal

BIOMOD reviews orders before fulfillment and reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order suspected of misuse, prohibited use, inaccurate buyer information, intended human or animal consumption, or non-research intent. See the Terms of Sale for complete order-review terms.
