What is BIOMOD's research-use-only policy?
BIOMOD products are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical, and scientific research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, application, ingestion, injection, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic use. BIOMOD does not provide dosing, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or use guidance. Access to the BIOMOD catalog is restricted to adults aged 21 or older who acknowledge the research-only nature of the products.
Is BIOMOD FDA-approved?
No. BIOMOD products are research chemicals sold for laboratory use only. They are not FDA-approved drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
How old do I have to be to purchase from BIOMOD?
All buyers must be at least 21 years of age. BIOMOD will not knowingly process orders from individuals under 21.
Where are BIOMOD products manufactured?
BIOMOD softgels are manufactured in California. BIOMOD research peptides and spray products are manufactured at our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Any imported finished goods are sourced exclusively from FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant partner facilities.
What can be purchased now?
The current active BIOMOD catalog is centered on lyophilized research peptides and select laboratory support products. Softgels and spray products are coming-soon families and appear as dedicated product pages with waitlist signup paths. They will move into the active purchasable catalog when production batches and supporting documentation are released.
How are BIOMOD peptides shipped and stored?
BIOMOD freezes lyophilized research peptides at the point of manufacture and maintains them in cold storage at our facility through fulfillment. In their lyophilized form, peptides are shelf-stable through normal ambient transit, and BIOMOD has validated this across thousands of shipments. Orders ship in protected, insulated packaging — not on dry ice. Upon receipt, transfer lyophilized peptides to a freezer (−20 °C is standard) until ready for reconstitution. Softgels and spray products carry a 2-year shelf life and do not require refrigeration after delivery.
What is a COA?
A Certificate of Analysis is a batch-specific document used to verify identity, purity, and related quality information for a specific product lot. BIOMOD provides a COA with every order and makes COAs available in advance through the BIOMOD COA Hub.
What does BIOMOD test for on every research peptide lot?
Every BIOMOD research peptide lot is released against a full analytical panel: chromatographic purity by HPLC-UV/VIS, content assay by HPLC, elemental impurities (arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury) by ICP-MS, bacterial endotoxins by LAL, and sterility under USP <71>. Each test, method, limit of quantification, and result is reported on the Certificate of Analysis for that lot.
Does BIOMOD test for heavy metals?
Yes. Every BIOMOD research peptide lot is tested for arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) — the analytical method specified under United States Pharmacopeia chapter <233> for elemental impurities. Limits of quantification reach down to 0.005 ppm. Results are reported on the Certificate of Analysis for every lot.
Is BIOMOD's testing lab accredited?
Yes. BIOMOD’s release panel is run by Vanguard Laboratory in Olympia, Washington, accredited to the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017 under A2LA Certificate #6377.01.01. ISO/IEC 17025 is the technical-competence benchmark for analytical and calibration laboratories and is the same accreditation framework used by pharmaceutical and forensic reference labs.
Do product pages include dosing or usage instructions?
No. BIOMOD product pages are limited to product identity, specifications, lot visibility, COA access, and research-use-only labeling. Dosing, therapeutic, wellness, and human-use guidance is intentionally not provided.
How do coming-soon waitlists work?
The waitlist captures contact details, product-family interest, and the required research-use acknowledgement. BIOMOD uses the list to organize launch communication for softgels, spray products, and any other releases ahead of public availability.
What is BIOMOD's return policy?
All BIOMOD sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not offered after purchase, with one exception. If a researcher submits a BIOMOD lot to an accredited independent laboratory (such as Vanguard Laboratory or Freedom Diagnostics) and the resulting report shows identity or purity materially inconsistent with BIOMOD’s published Certificate of Analysis for that lot, BIOMOD will issue a full refund upon review of the third-party report. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact support within 48 hours of delivery so BIOMOD can investigate and resolve the issue.
Where does BIOMOD ship?
BIOMOD currently ships within the United States only. See the Shipping Policy for processing times, carriers, free shipping thresholds, and order-review terms.
How do I contact BIOMOD?
